Reserving the second post is an old forum concept, from back when posts on forums more commonly had strict character limits. Reserving the second post allows you to funnel any potential overflow from your main topic into the second one (rather than having to link to a random post in the thread). This was especially useful for events (also for FAQs or news posts), which could always update past initial expectations as they developed.
Here on SG, it more often ends up being a way for the OP to more visibly separate topics of discussion (again most notable in events, as you may want to, for example, list participants outside of the rules post), or even more often, a 'just in case' measure that rarely gets put to any actual use. As far as I've noticed, there are no special considerations for the implementation here on SG, past those.
I'd say "as such, there's really no reason to use it without having a reason to do so" but it really doesn't hurt anything, and a 'just in case' is always nice to have. :)

Wenn man sich einloggt kostet es glaub ich 11€, hatte es aber vor Eweigkeiten aus einder Loot Boxen bekommen. Hab also keine Ahnung ob es jemals im Sale war =)

As today's my first cakeday here, I thought I should do a train. I consists of 18 keys for games that were collecting dust anyway. So maybe they'll find a home that can appreciate them.
It's protected by basic sgt rules. You can get your ticket here.
