Who has 12 is Better than 6 game?

I like hotline miami and this game seems fun, buuuut i can't get it to work at 60fps. There is an option for choosing 30 or 60fps. The game runs at 42fps. WUT I don't think my pc is potato with i7 6700K and GTX 1060.

Edit: FOUND IT! So you have to set AlternateSyncMethod=0 to AlternateSyncMethod=1 in the options.ini file which is located in your game folder.
For Example C:\Steam\steamapps\common\12 is Better Than 6\12ibt6Hi\options.ini (For the low resolution .exe, just change the same line in options.ini in teh 12ibt6Low folder.

he asks if ppl who have this game and played it had similar problem with FPS drops or not and prolly how they resolved them.
