Skyrim: Anybody else have this glitch?

So I got to Riften, and all was good. I went into the inn then BAM, some dickweed called Louis Letrush starts knifing me for no reason, he's also unkillable. What do I do?

draw your weapon and put it away. if that doesn't work then use the console

Not that exact glitch but Louis Letrush appears to be a fairly buggy NPC. He's appeared in the ground for me, and have seen other people reporting him doing a variety of weird things like getting cloned.

neither have i, though i have been informed that if you're a werewolf, some weird stuff happens, if you haven't done the Sam something quest, he's sitting at the bar in the inn, and offers you a drinking contest

That quest is a bit fun. I already completed it, ran into bit of the quest after completing it as well.
