Lucky duck, I've had a 9400M for four years. You got the updated version!

I am quite often in such a problem.
I own a lot of games, even more than I am able to play. To be honest, I even doubt that I well ever get to play them. I would sudgest you to think about whether you really will need the card or not. If not then there might be many other items, or people!, which you might be able to spend your money on.
Never buy anything which you only want because you do not have it. Ask yourself why you want it and let your conclusion form gradually through time. Then make your move. :P
This is how I feel at least.
Happy gaming, pal!

Before that it was a 5 year ATi Radeon X850XT to GTX260 :P
And before that is was a 3 year GeForce FX5200 to the X850XT
In other words, my jumps are always dramatic :P

Got my MSI GTX760 Twin Frozr about 3 weeks ago … Runs surprisingly quiet!
Oh, and of course, all my new amazon/steam/black-friday games purchases look GORGEOUS!

The problem with the WindforceX3 coolers is that they're longer than the reference card whereas the TwinFrozr coolers actually end up with a shorter than reference card and nearly the same cooling.
