I am looking at this post and trying to think about why I shouldn't close it. If this were inside a giveaway description, that would be fine, but here in the forum, it counts as solicitation which is a rules violation. How do you plan to change your OP so that it is not asking people to "follow" you?

If you mention that you have a curator page, people can find it by going to your Steam profile, so they don't need a link. You can also change the tone of your post. Some people post giveaways (as you have done here) as a "celebration" of their curator page. That is far different from asking for more followers.
