Has anybody else had this appear in their steam librarys? It's just called UnusedApp200269 and the newsfeed is related to Batman Arkham City. There is no install button or anything.

There is a possibility that eventually all games will be patched out of GFWL. At least I hope they will be.

I wonder about the non-GOTY version of Arkham City.
You'd think they'd patch GFWL out of that version too; I mean it's the same game just with dlc included, so it wouldn't be any extra work.

Ha, that'd be something eh? Pop it in everyone's library just long enough for you to notice, and then pulled back out before you could do anything. There were install/store/info links but install was empty, store led back to the main page, and everything else was blank.
