3rd party sites not working for me, what 10$ and down games do you guys want from steam?

Assuming you want to create a giveaway for the game, have you asked support to give you more giveaway slots?

The site says redeemable on steam, then when I purchased it was not only as a raw download, the customer service said thanks for pointing this out and refunded me but still a no go.

Looking at your profile, you will have to send a ticket to support just to create a giveaway.
New users start with 3 giveaway slots, and deleted giveaways count towards that 3 slot limit, which you have 3 deleted giveaways.
