is idle master save?

so its time to idle some cards for me and my friends tell me try idle master. so guys, is this save? i afraid that gaben take my acc away and than i gonna cry. (sry 4 my eng, really)

I've always avoid using it when I'm in any VAC-enabled game, but otherwise, I've used it to idle for hundreds of cards without a problem.
