XCOM: Enemy Unknown will probably not be bundled either, because it's still $20. But they should fix the bundle pack with The Bureau: XCOM Declassified.

$20 for $50 CV doesn't sound like an exploit to me.
I think people would much rather wait for something on a 90% sale to farm CV.

In that case they also forgot Bioshock Infinite, and Bioshock Franchise.

Honestly, the CV system wasn't ment to be fair. With 4 man entry private giveaways, where people just reap in the CV by basically game swapping.

I actually won the Thief collection as 3 separate keys, thinking they did something similar. No complaints here, but I was wondering the same as you but for the Bioshock Triple Pack.
