I think Lux Pain could be considered somewhat of a horror game for DS. It has absolutely horrendous english localization, but I liked the atmosphere quite a bit.

Not sure but PSP has Parasite Eve 3 (birthday something). The first two were survival horror.

I've tried that, and seems more of an action game. Nothing really scary even with the monsters around.

Also try Nanashi no Game. I haven't played it, but it's something I've been wanting to play. Of course, you might have to go through less legal means to get it, since it was a Japan only release and you need to fan patch it to play in English.

Fan patches are okay, since while I'm currently unable to use them (got a card, but needs to be replaced, contacts are ****ed), others won't mind.

New Corpse Party? :D
Suppose I need a Vita though.

Haven't bothered listing the PS1 Classics myself, since region has an effect on what is listed in the store.
Last I checked, NZ didn't have Silent Hill or the Resident Evil games. :(

Nice. They must have added them since the last time I checked. The local service was just damn bad, so I've gone to using a shared US account because I wanted the Corpse Party games.

PSP isn't quiet powerful enough for PS2 though. You generally need a more powerful system to emulate something. :P
Ports are a different thing, they are made to run natively within the system.

When I saw mobile, I thought meant like those old handphone games, back in the days of J2ME. There was the 'Darkest Fear' trilogy by Rovio mobile back then - wasn't too scary, but was pretty cool at that time. Imagine my surprise when I found out they were behind angry birds. But yea, I digress. Dementium is great, if a little repetitive. Especially the first one.

Year Walk on iOS - probably more creepy than outright scary, but there are some scares to be had.

I've tried looking for Moon with no luck, and while I own both SMT games on DS, I wouldn't classify the series as horror.

There was also Lost Souls (something like that) in either of the Indie Gala Mobile bundles.

Granted, many members of this site focus entirely on PC gaming to the exclusion of anything else, but I also know others here will play other systems. I'm looking for those other members to help me put together a list of quality horror games I (and others) can play in bed. Games that manage to scare the player despite the limitations placed on it by the system.
Games I have so far
DS
PSP
