1)right click on the volume v >
2)there should be something in the lines 'recording/reproduction device' (my windows is not in english, sorry)
3)put your headset as default
PS: if you don't have the option 2 try updating audio driver or downloading one

Go into Skype's sound options. It runs its own sound independently of your OS under most circumstances.
Note how it says my headset? I can set that to my headset mic or my laptop's mic and headset speakers, laptop speakers, or my TV's speakers (HDMI volume control), respectively.

Mine is just like yours, except the Speaker part has nothing about a Microphone.

I bought a new Headset, and I've been trying to get the sound in Skype to work through my headset and not the speakers.
I get no option to use my headset as the speakers.
Any ideas?
