question about Summer Adventure total points

why is there "Today is the final day to score points that will count towards your team's total."?

Does it mean team's total points from all days of Summer Adventure? Is that some special Bonus prize or nothing at all?

If that's true Red's gonna win this one (about 5 million points from last 9 days).

by the word TOTAL meaning every point earned for this whole event and I don't think that word was used in any of those 9 past days.

"your team's total" as in all the people's points combining for their team for TODAY.

my bad there is "..Your points count toward your team’s daily total..."
so it's probably nothing, either way, we'll see in 3 hours
