A number of giveaways have been created today for SEA region locked DotA 2 keys. These have already created a problems due to the regional restrictions. We do not at all advocate members recommending methods on bypassing regional restrictions and we have members from across the globe. To avoid many possible issues, we will only allow giftable copies of DotA 2.

Effective immediately, please do not submit DotA 2 keys as giveaways. Giveaways that do not mention if they are a key or gift will be removed immediately. If the giveaway was removed in error, please resubmit and update your description. Thank you for your cooperation.
