No more coupons ?

I just crafted a badge and only got a background and an emoticon. Did steam stop giving coupons or did it just glitch for me ?

On the other hand, I've only used 3 of those so they were just filling up my inventory...

When you craft a badge you don't always get a coupon, you get a chance of getting a coupon.

Yeah I got a coupon for every badge I crafted, but that's what it says on the FAQ :P
