Well most of the robes that you buy actually make it so you start with different staffs and swords, and sometimes even changing what elements you are weak or strong against. So they aren't completely superficial items lol. That being said, if you just want DLCs that add new levels, get Vietnam, The stars are left, Grimnir's lab, The Other Side of the Coin.

I want missions, not multiplayer maps. So looks like The Stars Are Left and Vietnam may be the best options.

If you play with someone that has some DLCs you can automaticly "own" those DLCs while playing withi him/her.

Well, I ussually want as many opinions as I can get so that the info is truly reliable. I'm looking for DLCs that are worth buying, so that I can decide if it's better to take the DLC Bundle or just some of them separately, although I'm basically aiming for the same as you do, DLCs that are missions and not only new robes or weapons.

Btw, just noticed the total number of individual DLCs is 20. The DLC bundle is 18. One missing is Grimnir's Lab. Not sure about the last missing DLC.

So I won Magicka here on Steamgifts. (Thanks again, SuperFluffyKitty.)
Can any of you who have DLC or the Magicka Complete suggest the best DLCs to buy or the worse to avoid? If it's not asking too much, please clarify your reasoning. Thanks in advance.
(Snarky comments are also welcome ... what would Steamgifts be without them?)

1) Generally, what are the favorite or best DLCs for Magicka? There's a question whether buying the best or just buying the DLC bundle is worth it.
2) Of the mission-based DLCs (The Other Side of the Coin, The Stars Are Left and Vietnam), which are worth getting?
