Question about Season Passes

Hi.
I have a small question about season passes. For example, if I buy season pass for Borderlands 2, I get all existing DLCs for it - and the ones that will come out after I bought it?

Buy the season pass and get all four downloadable content packs for the price of three -- a 25% savings. All Season Pass content will be available by June 2013. All content featured in the Season Pack will be available for individual purchase. Do not download this content separately to avoid being charged twice.

Why in the DLC section you can add all dlc+ season pass? Doesn't that mean you get them 2 times?

You get only 5 DLCs

Borderlands 2: Ultimate Vault Hunters Upgrade Pack

Borderlands 2: Sir Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt

Borderlands 2: Mr. Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage

Borderlands 2 - Captain Scarlett and her Pirate's Booty

and the upcoming that seems to be the last included in Season Pass.

They're not idiots to sell you a season pass which will include absolutely all DLCs, for that price.

No, seasons passes sometimes give everything, but most of them limit what you get. You basically get what they feel like throwing into one. In Borderlands 2's case, you get 4 addon campaigns and an extra piece of DLC, but have to pay for everything else. Some season passes include a lot, some very little. You have to read each one individually and then make a decision on them. Season passes are very confusing, I get that. Even the name is confusing.

You get the one that increases your level and the 4 campaign DLC, 3 of which are out.

You do not get the skin packs.

You do not get the preorder bonus I think.

You do not get the character DLC.

I hate this hunger of money... I miss the games when you could unlock all available content - not buy it.
Now, if you want to have more content, you need to play the games almost 2 times.

You're paying for the 4 expansion packs and a higher difficulty at a lower price then what it normally cost.

So, I guess waiting for GOTY editions is the best thing to do at a game that has tons of DLCs (like Borderlands 2)...
