Burnout-Steam EA Account login problem

I'm logged in to my EA account on EA.com and its all good!!
On burnout i login and it says i have to de-activate the account(???) says to type the password again to activate it but i cant submit without typing the email adress also and when i type it and submit the games crashes(?????????)
Seriously EA.....

My problem with Burnout is it crashing. Just like, in the middle of me racing around. CTD.
