Pineapple + Pizza = waste of both ; there are better ways to eat pineapple, and better ways to make a pizza!
For example, pancakes (or crêpes) with pineapple and honey or caramel allows to really taste the pineapple... but in a pizza, with chorizo and cheese, you won't taste it!

I knew i would tease by saying pineapple (personally i am in favor though).
Never heard it in combination with pancakes, i wouldn't mind trying it, but i can cook a lot, but pancakes always seem to fail on me.

I'd always assume the times companies list for these events are approximate.
Anyway this giveaway was all promotional material and artbook type stuff. You could probably find free copies of it easily elsewhere online.
