Dead Island giveaway region restriction

I want to make a Dead Island giveaway but it's got very specific region restrictions ( BE, FR, BG, BA, FO, HR, DE, HU, JE, SJ, FI, DK, NL, PT, NO, TR, LI, LU, GI, RO, PL, VA, CH, GR, IS, AL, IT, GG, CZ, GE, IM, AT, CS, AX, AD, IE, ES, MC, CY, MK, SK, MT, SI, SM, SE, GB.).

How exactly do I proceed?

Will I still get the whole 15% CV? This is meant to be the thing that finally puts me at level 2, I was planning on using it myself but turns out this is the last unused key I have and no telling when I'll get more due to complicated circumstances. So I need this to work.

What happens if the potential winner doesn't pay attention and can't activate it? Can I reroll?

You should be able to reroll in that case. Just make sure your giveaway description is very clear about the circumstances. It's not set in stone in the rules but usually support is understanding if you have a reasonable reason to reroll.

So I'll pick no restriction when making it but mention the limitations in the description.

Unless winner is willing to allow giveaway deletion you're stuck with a not received. Custom rules for giveaways are no longer allowed nor are restricted/locked giveaways outside of the supported regions.

You can make a public GA region restricted just to one of the countries (the one with most people). I would make it for germany.

Be careful. I gave away a similar gift with similar restrictions and I made it clear who may enter. First person that wins didn't read the description. Get a reroll. Second person who wins didn't read the description.

Screw it, I asked for the giveaway to be deleted.

So yes, I learned my lesson. Find a country that may win the game and restrict it to that. In this case Germany like Pilda said.
