There's probably a decent portion of Steam's userbase that only buy directly from Steam. Considering that it's not nard to have a game that other people don't when said game isn't available on Steam.

Is not an add-on, in fact is a entire new campaign. In the regular cs:cz campaign you play various matches and completing various objectives. In the deleted scenes you have a linear map and you basically have to get to the end, similar to CoD campaigns.

I've ran through my steam library and found a couple games that none of my 81 friends have:

Winged Sakura: Mindy's Arc
Ofcourse the less friends you have the easier you'll be able to find games that only you own. Also only on the store's page it shows what of your friends have the game, if you click on it in the library page it only shows how many friends play the game but not own.
