VAC Banned Question

So I just checked my account settings that I am VAC banned from Black Ops 2, will that mean that I will not be able to get drops in CS:GO? Does it have any impact on other games, cos recently I have been playing a lot of CSGO and not been able to get any drops at all. Please can someone comment who has a similar situation to mine. And all HATE COMMENTS about VAC Banned cheater/loser, will be deleted. Tbh i just wanted to check what it would be like to play zombies with infinite points, the program never worked, but my loss anyway, im not gonna play the game anymore so, doesnt really matter.
