G2A problem

Hi all! I got a problem with g2a. I did a purchase, and it was rejected cause I accidentally didn't answer to the phone verification. Now, they TOOK my money, and, talking with the live chat, I discovered that I have to wait 3 WEEKS to get the refound. THIS IS A SHAME! It looked like an awesome service, but after this... I'm not sure I'm gonna buy anything more from it.

Now, is there anything I can do?

Well, I already made a purchase from them, and I know lot of people that purchase their games from it. Just didn't know about that problem

that doesn't mean they're legitimate - basically they're not - they are basically reseller. And since unauthorized reselling is against steam TOS... GL! ;p Next time go to legitimate site ;p

I'm too lazy to search, but there has been a lot of problems reported in the past, not to mention that they are essentially reselling bundle keys for profit

i got no problems with the website i sell games, buy games from them never had problem if there was any was immediately refunded and happened only once long time ago
