Brawl in the Family is already over. There are no reasons to have any more web comics.

Gunnerkrigg Court - The art style looks, well, bad at first, but if you check out the latest pages released, the artist really improved. The comic has a very creative and interesting story, and is somewhat "lightweight".
Ctrl+Alt+Del - Who hasn't heard about CAD yet? The famous web comic about gaming.
Girl Genius - Hell yeah, mad scientists! I used to read that one a lot, but I dropped it at some point. I should definitely pick it up from where I left and continue enjoying this crazy but amazing web comic.
Everafter - A dark, twisted comic crossover between various fairy tales and nursery rhymes. It's dark, violent, and great. It's really too bad that only a few pages were ever created, and no mention of a continuation has been heard.

Can't think of anything else at the moment.

Bob and George
Yeah, sure. It ended way back in 2007. It's still funny years later, and there's 7 years worth of archive to binge on.

Tower of God - About a boy trying to climb up a tower and each floor of the tower is like a separate world. Each floor has a trial that needs to be completed in order to move on and reach the top of the tower.

Hive - Post apocalyptic world where giant insects take over.

I don't know if you know this Delta, but Naver recently released an english site to translate some of their hosted web comics into english.

Doctor Cat is really lighthearted, but the author does not update frequently and it ended recently.
