I'm still sifting through the sale but here's a current list of decent deals I've spotted so far. I'll update this as I go along.

Crescent Isle DX 90% off, $0.49 - Super Mario Bros 2 but you use the enemies to progress rather than just fight with.
Aztaka 90% off, $0.49 - Aztec mythology Sidescrolling Action-RPG.
Snowball! 75% off, $0.75 - Cute pinball game, mobile to PC port.
Cthulhu Saves the World and Breath of Death VII 67% off, $0.98 - Dragon Quest and Earthboundish RPGs. Very silly.
Teslagrad 90% off, $0.99 - Magnetic Steampunk Metroidvania, has a demo. [Sequel]http://store.steampowered.com/app/530020/World_to_the_West/ is 50% off $7.50.
Trials of Azra 90% off, $0.99 - Necromantic puzzle game.
Sinless 90% off, $0.99 - Brief cyberpunk dystopia between VN and P&C Adventure.
Eldritch 90% off, $0.99 - Lovecraftian proc-gen first person dungeon crawler.
The Floor is Jelly 90% off, $0.99 - Puzzle platformer game with gelatin-based physics for the walls, floor, and platforms.
Spirits of Xanadu 90% off, $0.99 - Indie take on a Syste Shock-ish title. Low graphics, multiple nedings, and for newbies an option to play without killer robots making it into just a puzzle game with a story.
Open Sorcery 66% off, $1.35 - Text Adventure about being a magitek AI.
The Count Lucanor 80% off, $2 - Horror Puzzle Adventure Game
Dex - 90% off $2 - Deus Ex Metroidvania Beatemup. Demo gives goodies.
Megabyte Punch - 85% off, $2.25 - Custom Robo Smash Brothers (Melee Story Mode)
Half Minute Hero: The Second Coming 75% off, $2.50 - Comes with the First Game. Speedrun JRPG, but the first also has speedrun boomerang Scrolling Shooter, beat-the-click mobile defense, and speedrun RTS.
Rusty Lake Bundle The first two Rusty Lake games 36% off, $3.17. Dark Escape the Room commercial spinoff/solo series by the "Cube Escape" series developer. Third title Paradise is not in the bundle but is $3 on sale. Yes this means you're paying $6 for three games but the Cube Escape series so far is at 9 titles for free.
Skullgirls 70% off, $3 - popular 2D Fighter... but important to note for new buyers: the 2nd Encore Upgrade DLC has all the other DLC plus more. It's 70% $4.49 which is a darn sight better than blindly clicking on "add all to cart" and being charged $6 more isn't it?
forma.8 - 70% off, $3 - Hovercraft Metroidvania.
Cladun X2 - 65% off, $3.50ish - NIS proc-gen dungeon crawler. (Demo somewhere..?) If you get it and the sequel as a bundle it's about the same as the sequel's sale price.
Apotheon 75% off, $3.75 - Greek Metroidvania
Dust: An Elysian Tail 75% off, $3.74 - Slick combat Metroidvania staring fantasy animal people.
Valley 80% off, $4 - First Person Parkour with death-powers Powersuit.
The Last Door 78% off, $4.48 - Lovecraft meets Poe as a low-bit graphics P&C episodic adventure.
World's Dawn 50% off, $5 - Indie Harvest Moon that was in development before Stardew Valley came out of nowhere and beat it to release.
Aporia: Beyond the Valley 66% off, $5.77 - 3D Puzzle Game. Has a demo.
Hatoful Boyfriend 80% off, $6.36 - Parody Dating Sim.
Melty Blood 74% off, $6.50 - Lesser known 2D Fighter
Shiness: The Lightning Kingdom -70% off, $8.99 - PS1-ish Anime style Action RPG
Earthlock: Festival of Magic 50% off, $9.99 - PSX-era style party-based RPG. Not very low but they're releasing a remastered version that if you own this before the 8th of March you'll get it for free.
Evoland 1 and 2 75% off, About $10 for two games - Evolving Zelda/Final Fantasy hybrid game
Planet Coaster 75% off, $11.25 - Modern Rollercoaster Tycoon
Analogue: A Hate Story, and Hate Plus 33% off, $13.39 - Not as low on sale as usual but Analogue has a demo and these are unusual takes on the VN system. Making up for Hatoful.

IF YOU GET EVOLAND 1 & 2 BE SURE TO PLAY THEM IN ORDER TO APPRECIATE HOW FAR ALONG THE GAME MAKER HAS COME!
THE FIRST ONE IS EASILY BEATABLE IN LIKE 3? HOURS!
THE SECOND ONE, HOT DAMN I WISH I BEAT IT 100% BUT I ONLY GOT 80-90?% WITH 26 HOURS IN IT!
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Dust an Elysian Tale is quite the grindy game, very nice all around though. took me 30+ hours to beat?

Dex was... a funky monkey. Enjoyable! Lots of different endings \ situations.

Eldritch is like very small contained 'Hypercube death (a movie series) sized areas of blow up able minecrafty cubes.
