...the GamersGate version of Bully: Scholarship Edition will come with a Steam key? I made the mistake before and bought Sniper Ghost Warrior there only to find out it doesn't come with a key for Steam. Has anyone purchased Bully on GamersGate and can confirm whether a key will be there or not?

(I know it will eventually be off for 75% on Steam again soon too and actually just recently was a daily sale)

Securom doesn't automatically mean it is NOT Steam. For example GTA IV uses SecuROM too but still has Steam keys.

Yes, you are right, SecuROM doesn't automatically mean that it's not steam, but if Steam is not specified in the DRM section, it clearly means that it doesn't come with a Steam key.
