I'm running into issues activating the big con on my account. The error says the following items could not be purchased from this country... This is odd since on the purchase page it says it activates in the city I live in. My account is originally from Canada though, but that's generally ROW and the game is developed by Canadians... Just FYI for others who are interested in purchasing this game. I emailed fanatical support so let's see what they say.

With Fanatical, the IP that you use to browse the site / purchase is the one that counts in deciding the region locks.
Canada should indeed receive a ROW key (there is no region locked package for Canada) and if you can't purchase it, then maybe that indicates that you're browsing from a non-Canadian IP?
Regional packages for SEA / ME / LATAM / RU/CIS exist.

Yep, the response from Fanatical is that the region locks the key when I purchase and what region I get depends on the IP they log at the time. This is really dumb when you're paying the same conversation rate... like the sole purpose of it is to deter people abroad that brought their steam account over from purchasing from them.
