HI.

time ago i opened a giveaway, when i known the winner i send to he\she the game but he\she doesn't mark that he recived the game, What should I do?

the winner has 7 days to mark it as received, if he/she doesnt, send proof that you sent the gift to the customer support and they'll put the received mark

The time to activate the game is one week. wait two days and if you have not enabled contact the support, and see what gives you solution :)

uhm no! wait 1 week ... cause that's why it's one week: to give 7 days for the user to activate the gift

OP's giveaway ended 5 days ago. Winner has to receive, activate and mark as received on SG within 7 days, so waiting 2 days is fine.
