SGTools keeps blocking me :(

When I try enter sgtools protected giveaways it keeps saying I have unactivated wins or a private profile. Neither is the case. I did read somewhere in the forums that someone had a similar issue after they won a copy of Supraball (as have I). Is this the problem? Any suggestions appreciated.

Have you tried to syncronize your account again on SGTools?

Not on SGTools, just on SG.

Syncronize it on SGTools, not on SG. It's different.
Go om Home > Syncronize
(or im just confused or or you did it already? x_x)
