Why is steamgifts.com sooooooo slow?

It is so slow in the last few days.

I cant even create a giveaway! I have to wait about 5 minutes!

maybe there should be a limit for the number of giveaways for the same game so that the site doesnt get flooded with all the bundle games when a new bundle comes out

So some people should be allowed to gift it and some shouldn't? When a giveaway has 500 people entering, we should only let 20 copies be given away to make less people happy because you have to endure a little slowness during peak hours?
