Need Help Getting Steam 4-pack as a Gift Item

I know it's still possible to trick Steam and buy 2 or 4-packs as gift items somehow. I'd like to learn how to do this for my personal use (not for profit in any way), today's deal is one thing I'd like to get for my nephews in preparation for xmas and I'd like to have access to the option of 4-pack as a gift for that purpose.

I understand that revealing the secret at large is probably a bad idea but I'm looking for a gentleman who wouldn't mind telling me. I'll keep it to myself and won't spread it around. Simplest way is probably to not even reply here but to add me on Steam so we can chat it up.

Thanx in advance to whoever would be nice enough to share.

P.S. I know there's been different threads about that in the last few months and I bumped one myself but my question got lost in the replies of a thread posted by someone else. That's why I made a new thread..

AFAIK you cant get a gift of a 4-pack. You can get the 4-pack and then get 3 gifts of the game in your inventory.

You are right, that's how it should work. But there's a workaround allowing it to be done.

steam will ban your account, this is the same as buy ROW gifts of the country where there are regional restricted but the price is lower. for example COD Ghost ROW at a price Russian store

From what I know they can't stop you from buying from a Russian seller.. their system allows this kinda price differences and that's the downside for them. Anyway that would be my problem to deal with.. you actually know how it can be done ?

I searched a lot before I resorted to asking here.. it's not that simple to find. what can be found is talks about an old trick that has been fixed since then. But I know it can still be done somehow.

I never heard that there was a workaround. Just some packs work as gift, but that aint many. Two packs i know from the top of my head, Cubemen 2 2-Pack and The Political Machine 2012 4-Pack.

If you want to buy 4 packs without using one copy by default for yourself buy outside Steam. Try Greenman Gaming or Gamersgate for example they have 4-packs for several games, and if you buy there you just get 4 separate keys.

Look sir, you're basically asking for a vital information on someones profit, do you think anyone would pass that along?

Imagine this situation, you have a bike store and suddenly you find a supplier with extremely good prices. If a costumer wants to know who is your supplier, even if it's only for personal use, would you pass it along knowing the risks of having the information that gives you profit being leaked? And btw, you would lose that customer by saying how he can get as cheap as you do.

Great sir, it's not that we aren't kind, you're just asking too much without working hard to get the info.

I know exactly what you're saying but I thought there might still be nice people in this world who could understand I have a use for the bug without killing others profit in the process. And nobody would lose me as a customer as I'm not one to start with unless it's for an game for keys/items trader where the trick wouldn't change anything anyway.
