Devs bribing users to give positive reviews for 1 month subscription of WTFast

I find it hard for me to separate the difference between a Developer paying for a positive review.
And an end-user flipping some tables with cake and potatoes on them with other end-users for a negative review.
I just woke up, so maybe this is just the hangover talking, but my brain isn't finding any difference between the two at the moment.

I am writing this message as an apology to our fans who have given us great reviews about their experience using WTFast. We are unable to give you a free month as we promised. Valve has told us that we cannot offer free WTFast premium time in exchange for reviews.
We screwed up, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We really appreciate our fans around the world for their continued support, but we cannot give you any incentive to vouch for our services. Your support means a lot to us. We really do value your voice to show that WTFast does get great results for a lot of users.
We know we still have lots of improvements to make for our tech, and we appreciate the valid/constructive feedback we have been getting on Steam. This feedback is helping us to continue to improve WTFast to ensure we can get strong results for every user, all the time. This is our goal!

Remove this from Steam due to the VAC Ban that causes everyone who buys it to think, "WTF?"

I like how many dummy accounts there are saying that it works. (Regarding that most of the people that say it works have a private profile and have steam level 0)
