Yeah , the higher the level , the chances to win are better ... for a game you wont play EVER ...
Instead of Hoarding games for the sake of getting them for free, why not enter for stuff you actually want ?
I won a 5$ game calld Shan-gui ... you know what ? i actually really wanted to play that game ... and i was really happy when i won it.
I spend like 40 hours on that game so far , over couple playtroughs ... and i enjoyed it ALOT .
The giveaway creator and i are now really good friends on steam and we play bunch of stuff together.
Thats the kind of stuff i want from giveaways , a stuff i want to play .
But for some reason most of people are just like , Uh free stuff , lets get as much as possible while it lasts ...

Yeah i also entered for a dozen of things i might not play ( dwarfs for example) but in that case , there was key for everyone ...

I don't know if what I said suggests that I enter every high level giveaway I can, because I don't.

So what if I find it much better to see the giveaways I have a good chance of winning, and then select the games I'm interested in and likely to play? For example, I could enter for a COD Modern Warfare public level 0 as I'm sure to play it but there's a very little chance I'm gonna win it.

Um , thats a good point i guess . Sort of .
However , i still think that having the Show wishlist stuff option is good enough of a solution .
If i spot something new i am interested in ... Add to wishlist , sync account .. and voila .
As for it Being public level 0 or private level 10 i dont really care bout the amount of entries , i just try my luck regardless .
Tho i never really had issue with the points , been hovering the 300 for last couple weeks since theres not really much giveaways for stuff i feel like playing .
Tho , if its not hard to implement such a future , i'm in for it , i just dont see it as necessary .

I've discovered many new games through giveaways, and added many to my wishlist that way, so the 'All' tab is pretty useful.
I do care for chances, since I don't want to use points and get my hopes up for a moot point, and yes, I am constantly low on points owing to forum giveaways and trains (at 1P now).

Figured out its just a bad idea to try and talk with ppl in the forum ...
The trains are nice and stuff , but its mostly for games i dont really care bout ... so i dont bother with them anymore.

Know if there are a way of search in the giveways filtering by contributor level.
If not, ask SteamGifts if it's possible. Implementing this option in the search engine.
What's your opinion ? Any relevant comments will be welcome :)
