Edit: hm. I just read the article, not too convinced by the comparison with The Crew. In Alan Wake's case it was a glitch/mistake so revoking is understandable. The Crew is a very different situation... Comparing them/putting them on the same level is exaggerating things for the Alan Wake situation while belittling the Ubi situation (which is really bad and I hope the EU takes action).

Yeah 😅 the article is really bad. it was just the first source where I heard about the revocations.
Both comparisons to The Crew and also to Concord are total bullshit because Concord offered full refunds to all digital buyers. I'm surprised they didn't mention the last gen versions of Cyberpunk 😅 That's comparing apples to oranges.

No worries 😅 Lately I only log on to SG like once a week (or in this case every other week) and it was a pleasant surprise to find your reply.
Yeah 😅 Cowboy Bebop (and Samurai Champloo by the same creator) are my all time favourite anime. While most hot new (short) anime tend to be forgotten after 2 or 3 years Cowboy Bebop still regularly ends up on top of Best-of lists of Sci-Fi or Space themed anime after over 25 years 😄
The recent life action version by Netflix is also pretty decent and has a few fresh takes but unless you really hate anime as a medium I recommend watching the original first.

Samurai Champloo is greatly recommended by my same friends! Especially for its soundtrack, among other things.
I've also surprisingly heard positive things about the Netflix adaptation... But nah, I'll still skip it. 😆 (I do watch a fair amount of anime, what I do "really hate" though would be anime live-action adaptations lol)

Yeah, I'm trying really hard here to avoid the culture war in gaming aspect of this site. Let's just say their bias is clearly showing and I think they are often doing their own agenda a disservice with articles like "I consider myself an ally (of trans people) what can I do to make up for playing Hogwarts Legacy".
On the plus side they crap out content like crazy while Kotaku 4Players still wants to remind me to buy The Crew 2 for 97 cents before it gets delisted (I think that happened like 8 months ago 😅). Also they cover fringe topics like speedrunning, Magic The Gathering, Warhammer 40K, Disney Lorcana and other stuff other gaming sites don't.
I could write several more paragraphs explaing why Kotaku, Eurogamer (English and German version), GameStar, GamePro and 4Players suck even more but frankly I'm too lazy to do so right now 😅
