The giveaway creator has seven days to deliver the gift / key. After that you can mark as not received.

In the giveaway description is written that it will be sent via email. Probably never it will be appear a key there.

You should activate the won keys to your registered Steam account first, then mark them as received.

you only mark as received when you receive the game.
otherwise, you wait because gifter will contact you.

2. Don't mark "received" until you really got the game!
3. The GA creator has up to 7 days to send you the game (via steam, via mail, or via this site)
4. redeem the game to your account (the one you're registered here with)
5. Mark received and thank the person who bought a gift for you.

Why did you mark it as received if you haven't received it?
