There are plenty of games within $10 that havn't been gifted yet. If you check the steam store pages as well most off them are on sale which brings them down to lower than $10

I'll look at them but my suggestion to you would be to buy 4 keys and trade with a Russian/Ukrainian. You can get a game worth more than $10 in the US store that way. That being said, I honestly can't find anything I want that hasn't been gifted before.

BTW, I just wanted to state that "Not Yet Gifted" list is actually "Not Yet Gifted in a Public Giveaway" list. I know for a fact most of them have been gifted in groups or private - in fact, I'm entered in giveaways for Planet Explorers, Sniper Elite III, Stomping Land, and Lichdom Battlemage right now.
