Both times i have contacted ubi support nothing happens with my ticket, then i get an email to rate my experience with support but there is no option or way to convey they never got back to me. Even the lowest of scores is giving a score to something that never took place.

The last game i bought from ubisoft was blood dragon. There's was a south park too, but it's steamworks. And you know what? I saved a lot of money by not buying FC4, watch dogs and AC:U.

Maybe you should phone them ? I had issue with Far Cry 4, the phone support was more helpful... the web support non-existent.

I also had to deal with them since past December 2014. I wanted an expired beta removed from my account. That beta was never installed or downloaded but it was left in my account even after it expired. After many replies and instructions including "uninstall game / uninstall client / clear registry / delete files", it was never removed. Obviously the beta had to be revoked, and I asked specifically that, but they never did it. Some weeks ago the issue was "resolved" with the line "Sorry, but we can't help you. This issue will be investigated. Thanks for your time".

Heroes 6 problems happen becuase:

  1. Uplay servers suck at the moment. since they are taking a piss
  2. Uplay hasn't been updated in 1 hour.
  3. Uplay...

really. wait a while (annoying i know) and try only to instal the uplay part. than the game. it's on their site

But jokes aside, Ubisoft Support is slow as hell. My first purchase from G2A, was a Watch Dogs key, and guess what, it got revoked. I got a reply after 1 full month, but by then it got reactivated, cause I actually played it. I was impressed, that they actually wrote a reply :D

Kinda silly to complain about bad support for a game you bought from a site not supported hmm kinda ironic

In any case pretty much all support sucks for most places and sites though you can not blame them 100% if the people who actually worked for them actually knew what work meant shit might get done but they are just there to collect a paycheck and bitch about how hard they work and still make no money.

I am just glad i have never needed support so far to fix anything or have issues even redeeming a key or a purchase though i suppose at some point i will run into some dumb ass that is no help when i need some help.

What can I say? Valve made me do it. This freaking EUR pricing they use is really unfair. Retail games here are cheaper than on Steam. Problem is: now even less games get boxed release. BTW with this reasoning you could say to a trade scammed guy, that it's all his fault for not using an official reseller :P

Actually, in my experience, Ubisoft has a pretty good support. Not as good as EA, that's for sure, but hell of a lot better than Valve. The problem is that they're total dicks. I have 4 older Ubisoft games. I bought one from GMG (Far Cry) and the other 3 from Nuuvem (Assassin's Creed , Prince of Persia The Sands of Time and Prince of Persia The Two Thrones). Those games weren't on UPlay back then, so I bought normal digital retail versions with old issue serial keys, the kind that don't work on UPlay. But the games do exist in the UPlay store now. So I contacted support to ask if I can get new keys to activate these 4 games (MY games) on UPlay, since...you know..I PAID for them and it's more convenient to have them on their fucking client. And no, they told me that the Ubisoft support does not issue serial keys for games in any situation. So basically, if I want to have MY GAMES on UPlay, I have to pay for them again. DICKS!!!!!

This type of support from Ubisoft does not surprise me. I have had epically bad support from them before. They never resolved my issue and didn't really even try. I spent many e-mails and hours over the phone and it was just a big waste of time. Almost as bad as Steam's support in my opinion. Surprisingly, EA has had the best support every single time I ever contacted them, it's strange. :)

I had same problem with support. There was a bug on there part with uplay achievements, i unlock them offline but could not do online. I tried one more time to unlock online but still no achievement, this was for prince of persia. I made the ticket and i wait for answer.
After 3 days i get the answer telling me "since i didn't ask anymore for help they will close the ticket. "
