I don't get this either, with 0 VAC bans unless my maths is way off somewhere you must have a real CV of 0.089 or more which, well, being level 5 isn't an issue. I see no other reason to fail though, strange o.O

Unfortunately I've never used SGTools so I don't know anything about SGTools' required syntax. It looks right, and the maths seems to be right, but... for some reason isn't working. I've synced on SGTools just to be sure, unfortunately I can't think of any more meaningful information xP

That's what the rule looks like to me, and the way I think it's intended. With 0 VAC bans you shouldn't need a ratio of more than 0.09 (0.089 rounded up), not that the 0.01 would make much difference to most Level 5+ users I assume ;)

Most of my blacklisted users are rule breakers, so in your case it is either you sorted out your unactivated wins and/or multiple wins, or it's purely a mistake. You can try again, sorry about that.

Yes, there was a misunderstanding a few months ago where i was indeed considered a "rule breaker" because i won a region restricted game which the giveaway creator didn't feel important to mention, and i couldn't activate the game yet i ticket "Received" because i didn't want him to get in trouble.
