By the way anyone keep getting invited to those Russian and German groups? I don't even know what they are about most of the time.

So? Can't be an English speaker in Hong Kong? Are English speakers unable to board planes? Also, I thought this group was an attempt to inject some humour into SteamGifts, not one that would actually reject someone for living in Hong Kong (or anywhere else).

Hong Kong was british until 1997 and some english words are commonly used even in cantonese.

Hello English speaking SG users!
To start off, let me ask you how it feels to be greeted in your native tongue? Pretty good, yeah? So I decided to make a Steam group for the users of the site who learned English as a first language (EFL). That way, we all have a place all to ourselves where can socialize, talk about games, and even hold private giveaways!
Here's the link: English Speaking S.G.
If you wish to join, simply post here! :D
