Solution:
I think this puzzle was pretty easy but apparently one of the GAs was harder to find than the other 2 so here's how the GAs were hidden in the order they were hidden in the screenshots. I'm a complete puzzle noob so I only used 2 basic techniques: Hiding GA codes in pictures and mouse over text. Mouse over text was not really necessary to find all 3 but it provided some helpful hints.
First GA: Super Meat Boy: The GA code was hidden in the first screenshot with the Uncharted reference in the Echo description as the Case N°. This one was the hard one to find because apparently the font blended well with the original Echo description. The mouse over text gave a hint that the 2nd letter was a lower case L not an I. L like in Uncharted - Seriously it's a lower case L
Second GA: Call of Juarez® Gunslinger: The GA code was hidden in the second screenshot at the bottom on the whiteboard. Letters from a loved one

Board games are fun for the whole family. Just try not to hurt anybody ;)
The mouse over text of the GIF pointed out that there's 3 GAs to find so you don't keep searching after you've found all 3.
