Do you like OnLive?
Because I have a Trine OnLive key that I don't need.

At least they've put some effort on the mac requirements.

I don't think so. He shouldn't have given you the key in the first place, so why should he break HIB Terms of Service for the second time?

People often buy extra copies of bundles to sell or trade later. The site even gives the option to buy a copy as a gift.
I don't think they would allow you to buy a 'gift copy' if you couldn't later give it/trade it to someone else.

Gift copies (bought as a gift from the very start, in the form of URL) are absolutely fine. But usually, I don't see people talking about gift copies. Most are giving away Steam keys, which means they are still able to access the DRM-free versions (and soundtracks and other goodies) from the download page. One purchase, two people being able to play the games... doesn't it sound a bit like piracy? (Apart from it being a direct "f* you" towards the Humble Bundle organizers and their Terms of Use, which this clearly violates. (Regardless of the TOS being or not being legally binding. Breaking a promise is not against the law either, but it's still something one shouldn't do.))

I see where you're coming from, but most people who chose to be pirates just -pirate- their games. They don't go to the effort of buying a bundle, then heading to a trade site to try and trade the steam keys for other games - they just torrent the DRM-Free copies from the get-go.
Most people who pay for games/bundles are legit. I give them the benefit of the doubt as just by -paying- for the bundle in the first place puts them above the thousands who just steal the games.

Cortex Command will win in the long run; if someone bought both HIB two and three, they will have two, separate keys to use/ give away.

Nice to see this got done after all. Now it's just Voxatron and Splot left!
And that new Introversion game, even though it's not a bundle-ite.

I really like this game, but fullscreen is buggy for me, and the smaller resolution strains my eyes. (trying to read stuff, etc) But the smaller resolution looks so nice..
Anyway, I am glad to see it on steam, I have an extra key I may make a giveaway for or see if a friend wants it.

Cortex Command is a super fun game, now available on Steam! :D
It was available in the Humble Indie Bundle 2, and Humble Indie Bundle 3 as a bonus, if you got either of those, go check your page, as they gave everyone a key for the game! :D
