That happens when steam is down while you synchronize, not a sgtools bug.
I just added a clarification and a link to sync on the error message that now is displayed on the site instead of using an alert.

Same problem here, sgtools says that there are non activated gifts (they're both DLC as you can see here: http://www.sgtools.info/nonactivated/gabberman) but I activated them time ago...

you show everything as activated, so http://www.sgtools.info/sync again.. if that doesn't work, wait 15mins and try again, if that fails, repeat. eventually it will sync properly and fix that.

When trying to enter giveaways here that use sgtools, I get the error message:
"Your account is flagged as having some unactivated Wins or your profile is Private."
As far as I know, I've activated all my wins, and my profile is set to public...
Any help / suggestions please?
