Just gonna throw this in though... second job? I'm sorry to hear that... no one should need to have a second job. Though it does sound as if it makes you happy, so hopefully it is a labor of love rather than necessity.

I have two part time jobs because my health doesn't permit me to have a normal job like everyone else. Won't go into the details, because i don't want to fish for sympathy. :3

I get that, but I still don't think people should need to work two jobs. Fortunately yours are part-time so they equate to full time hours. So then my next hope is that one (if not both employers) provides some decent benefits.
Back when I was a prison guard I took leave for two years (2007 through 2009) to go work for our labor union. I cannot tell you how many times I saw employers lay off full-time workers (or worse) only to replace them with two part-time workers because they would not have to cover benefits for the part-timers. That situation can be a killer, especially if you have health concerns already.
I hope you have a generous employer at one of those part time gigs, or access to subsidized health care. Any one's pay plus large medical bills can be a killer, but large bills plus part-time wages can be even harder. Good luck getting back on your feet at the job mang!

I like both of my jobs. One allows me to work from home and i can basically work when the mood strikes me and the other is a chill job at a workshop with disabled people. The workshop job has a 6 week vacation window (the standard vacation window in my country is 4 weeks) and there are free massages and wellness procedures during work hours if i so choose. And we get a discount for purchasing lunch at the local eatery. So i think that the benefits are pretty good. And both of my bosses are cool people.
We have free healthcare in the czech republic. You only pay if you go to a privately owned doctor's office and the doctor in question doesn't have a contract with your health insurance company.
All in all i'm pretty happy that i can work with my health restrictions.

My doctor told me that i can finally return to my second job starting next week. Am a happy cat. :3
