If they're giving away the bundle code, then yes. Support confirmed this on my thread here: click
If they're actually giving away Eets from some other source, I'd suggest they note it in the giveaway description to prevent the giveaway from being removed.

I guess it'll depend on the mood of the moderator doing the removing. I've seen similar situations before where they'd just remove the GA just as I've seen a remove + a suspension.

They'd be screwed in that they would either have to procure a copy of Eets to the winners or accept negative feedback.
If their GAs survive the whole time without being deleted of course.

Its because eets munchies is not in the giveaway list, so people who doesnt notice it is a different game only see one eets game to choose.
Yes currently its beta but DEV said on twitter it will be the full game once released.
Stuff just should add eets munchies to the list so people can choose the correct game --> problem solved

One of the rules is "Do not submit guest passes, coupons, beta keys, or in-game items from games such as Team Fortress 2."
If SG makes an exception for one game, it'll eventually have to make exceptions for all of them.

basically the key is the full game (just kind of early access)
It activates as full game "Eets Munchies 3P"

Some of them, but most winners will probably just be happy to get something and won't complain.

The winners' state of mind is not relevant for SG support. They're more worried about abuse.

Although Eets is also a bundle game, and (although Eets Munchies isn't for sale yet) Eets is likely to have a lower value than Eets Munchies, being older and all. So it's not particularly abusive -- you don't gain anything by putting in the wrong name. It's just a misunderstanding.

Until you see people with more than one Eets win and you can't tell if he/she won two different games or if there was some hanky-panky involed (regift, trade, sell).

I notice a lot of Eets GA's as I'm sure many of you do, but are the ones giving it away in trouble as its not Eets thats in the bundle, but a beta game (Eets Munchies)?
