I made a support ticket 20 days ago for feedback received with no response which isn't a real big deal but I'm trying not to post anymore tickets as I don't want to overwhelm them with to many at once so my question is how long does support take on average and should I just go on and make my other tickets or wait for this one to be resolved first?

Go ahead and make your other tickets so they get added to the queue as soon as possible.
There's no concrete answer on how long support takes -- it depends on how many tickets there are and how busy they are (IRL and here).
