The Person who gifted it to you may have multiple copies in their inventory, and emailed you one he had already sent out. I have made that mistake before Just contact the gifter and im sure they will square it away.... worse comes to worse, contact support

creator of the giveaway is currently offline, and I'm on my vacation and I don't have my laptop with me. I'll probably try to contact him tomorrow, but I see he has 2 deleted giveaways before this one. also it's kinda weird, he sent me the gift on email and i've got no idea how its already redeemed?
