Quick question about the HIB9

So i bought the HIB for $3, because that's all i had left in my debit card. But butts, when the new games came out... I checked my order, voila! No keys for the new BTA games. Has HIB now implemented a new rule i'm unaware about? Because DANGIT.
(I have two accounts, bought the bundle twice, just in case u guys are wondering why i have the games.)

Yes, you have to BTA in order to receive the bonus, regardless of when you purchase. You can increase your order any time through your original link and will receive the bonus games. They started this with the latest bundle due to difficulties in attracting new partners (stemming from the average purchases being lower than anticipated).

So they've changed the policy? Bugger it. I should've known =_= Guess purchase abuse finally got too much for em. Ok thanks then .

They did say right from the start they were doing that.

It's been inconsistent in the past. Sometimes it has been the same when there were bonuses from the start.

You can increase you payment for 30 after the end of the bundle, so that is always an option.
