I think he is a typical simple person. He knows how a few things work in the relatively small world around him, and he tries to use the same rules around here as well. I never thought for a second he was ever trolling or being a kid, he showed the signs of someone who has a limited set of tools and tries to figure out how to use them in every situation—even when others may see it as obvious that those tools will never fit.

Because he is trying really hard, using all possible tools he can think of, to achieve a goal he cannot ever reach. Also, a group of people are sitting here and getting amused by it. It's like a more dramatic and much smaller-scale version of the basic concept behind the Truman Show.
I admit, it entertains me as well, but it is also a sad story on some levels.

The correlation is that we here know he will never get unbanned. We see what the mods told us. He is oblivious to the whole thing, he just sees a ban and a lot of unanswered tickets and tries to solve it however he can.
