Alice: Madness Returns return on Steam

Since they removed it from Origin, it has never returned there. While I'm willing to consider buying from a third party, I already own the second game on Origin, so I'd be paying for only the "upgrade." (

Still owned by EA, it doesn't look like it's been updated from what I can tell.

haha yes, fair enough. I totally forgot about Origin. Heard they're doing some structural changes to that store and game CD key activations. Maybe they're moving to EA Play Desktop or disabling manual game key activation.

I've never knew about any of this and although there's forums on Steam, I'm not the type to check online. It wasn't a game that got a lot of attention at the time so I've never heard or seen it anywhere. Or I might have been too busy with my own games that I've not checked when it stopped. It was shared by someone here and the giveaway just ended 2 hours ago. Lucky winner what can I say?

I remember the Alpha-protocol was available for free (it was part of some big promotional event from sega)

I'll make the sacrifice and buy it. But they should keep it there if they can.
