When it's the first time the user win, he might not know about the received game thingy, so ask him, and if you send the key on his email I suggest adding him on Steam and give it to him as many people have many emails but only one main, like me, I use my PayPal and Steam account for one email and the rest is on the main email, I'm doing it since if my main get stolen, I won't lose my alternate one and I don't visit that email unless I really need to.

You guys actually know about the "no begging" as some people can consider it as begging and secondly, you don't even know what the game is.

I know I won one 3 days ago and still have not received an email or message through steam and I have had not contact from creator.
I also see no way to contact the creator though SG and I have tried messaging though steam to no avail.
So try and contact the winner before re-rolling.
