Is Dead Island DLC worth it?

I own the base game, but I cannot see, that you can buy the DLC's one by one. You have to buy GOTY edition. Is it worth to pay 9,99 for GOTY edition, even if I have the base game? And is the DLC's worth it?

Well,the one is arena mode,it's fun for multiplayer only,and the other is Ryder's side story and how he came to the island.Pretty short in my opinion,and not very necessary.You can do with out them.
